What this cleaner does
NFC applies canonical Unicode normalization. Optional cleaning removes U+200B and U+FEFF or standardizes spaces. It always preserves U+200C and U+200D, which may be meaningful for Sinhala shaping.
This cannot fix incorrect Sinhala spelling, font encodings, or every broken character sequence. Review the result before replacing important text.
